Receiving His Excellency the President of the Arab Parliament, Mr. Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Asoumi.

On April 23, 2024, Ambassador and Permanent Representative Mr. Abdelaziz benali cherif received His Excellency Mr. Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoumi, President of the Arab Parliament. The meeting focused on aspects of cooperation between Algeria and the Arab Parliament, especially since Algeria chaired the fourth working group emanating from the Open-ended Committee for Reform and Development of the Arab League concerned with the popular dimension. The two parties also exchanged views on the situation in the region, especially with regard to the war waged by the Zionist aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
