The Algerian Embassy in Cairo commemorated the 62nd Independence and Youth Day in the presence of approximately 500 members of the national community residing in Egypt.

During this celebration, which was filled with joy, pride and pride in the great history of Algeria, the national anthem was listened to and cultural and artistic performances were presented about this glorious day and its importance in the collective memory of the Algerian people.  On this occasion, the Acting Chargé d'Affaires, Mr. Amin Sayd, delivered a speech in which he addressed the role of the national community abroad in the history of our nation of struggle and investigation, as well as its important role in the path of construction and development that our country is witnessing, noting at the same time the important achievements that have been achieved for the benefit of the community during recent years, under the leadership of Mr. President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, which aims to preserve the dignity of the Algerian citizen at home and abroad and enhance his presence in the national bodies that have been created.

What was stressed was the importance of the strong participation of our citizens abroad in all important elections and dates, especially the upcoming presidential elections, which represent an important milestone for affirming the right of the Algerian people to choose their president with complete freedom and sovereignty and in the highest civilized ways.
